I’m Ciatta, and I’m running as a working class Conservative candidate for Oregon House District 33 because our communities—Northwest Portland, Bethany, Cedar Mill, and beyond—deserve better. I will fight for a future where families thrive, streets are safe, and government works for you, not the out-of-touch elites. Like many of you, I’m fed up with skyrocketing costs, unchecked crime, and sprawling homeless encampments that make our neighborhoods unrecognizable. As a proud Republican grounded in America First values, I believe HD 33 can lead Oregon back to common sense, accountability, and prosperity. My campaign is built on three core priorities:

• Affordability: Families are being crushed by high taxes and housing costs. I’ll fight for property tax relief, cut red tape to boost housing supply, and stop wasteful spending—like ODOT’s mismanaged budgets—that burdens taxpayers and businesses.

• Public Safety: Crime is eroding our quality of life. I’ll push for more police funding, community policing pilots, and tough anti-fentanyl measures to restore law and order, rejecting the failed “defund” policies of the past.

• Homelessness Solutions: Oregon’s approach—throwing money at encampments—has failed. I’ll advocate for treatment-first programs, enforcing laws while offering real help, inspired by bold national models that prioritize results over excuses.

I bring a common sense perspective shaped by years of leading teams and solving real-world problems. I’m not a career politician—I’m a neighbor who’s appalled by the decline of our district and ready to take on the establishment with fierce determination. I’ll reject the bullying tactics of the status quo and revive open dialogue to represent all of HD 33, from conservatives to independents.
